Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of The Strength One
- 2 tbsp sugar (white or brown)
- 75ml water
- 200ml milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until thick, glossy, and fluffy. An electric whisk makes this much quicker.
- Warm the milk in a saucepan until gently steaming, then pour it into a mug.
- In a separate cup, dissolve The Strength One in 75ml of cold/warm water.
- Pour the protein coffee into the mug with the warm milk and stir.
- Spoon the whipped dalgona foam over the top.

Qahwa (Arabic Spiced Coffee)
Ingredients:
- 1 serving of The Strength One
- 300ml water
- 1–2 tsp ground cardamom
- Optional traditional additions: Pinch of saffron, pinch of cloves, pinch of cinnamon or 1–2 tsp rose water
Instructions:
- Bring the water to a gentle simmer in a small pot.
- Add cardamom and any optional spices, letting them infuse for 3–5 minutes.
